i actually tried that gran... but it didnt look good once I optimized.... so I opted for what you see. I really wanted to highlight the door reflecting the fire as it explodes....

well it didn't take thousands of hours, but it sure wasn't quick either... be more than happy to help anyone realize how much fun these are to make... but they do take a lot of time and effort for sure.

...and since we are naming our gif tools, I use Adobe Image Ready. Original huh? haha!

I use Image Ready as well... I first do all work in Photoshop then bring it into IR for the frames
