Not enough source on the other. The boat needs to settle more in the water on this one. Try using a displacement map to get water reflections.

tough call in this contest. A bit more work done for blending in this image so I picked it.

Had to look at these for a few minutes before I decided which one. The reflections on the other is cool but the men seem oversized and it bothers me. This one puzzles me enough that I have to vote. I like both of you and wish you could both win:(

Both chops are very good. This idea is very different. I'm not sure what that thing is floating in the water - chum? Some chum between chums, mayhaps? Whatever it is, the bubbles in front of the more distant shark are a good touch.
