BOTH of these entries ROCK. Very cool indeed. Smart "interpretation" of the source photo.
This one gets my vote as I'm a sucker for Depth of Focus in a composition... and also that crazy STEPHEN KING POSSESSED TRACTOR threatening in the background is nice. The only thing that makes this seem unreal is that everyone knows a baby would NEVER RISK ITS LIFE FOR A FRICKIN APPLE! (well, maybe if it was an iPAD2)

Talk about two solid entries. I hope people don't get entirely hung up on the lack of source material in the other one. I once did an entry where I did virtually the same thing with foam pellets and bees and won the contest. It is a valid and well done chop. That said, the effort and feel of this image is magnificent. Inconsistent apple sizes aside, this is my fave thus far.
