hilight11818 - maybe you spent all your votes on better entries :(

Shaman - A quick 3d model for the replacement field and ball. Composite with source pole, dirt and grass samples assembled in PS. s101.photobucket.com...

I agree only problem Scion, this isn't called 3Dmaxcontest.com... I wish I could generate this in photoshop as well as 3D max made this. sorry voks love ya brother.
vokaris vokaris
Shaman, the link you provided for 3Dmaxcontest.com doesn't work. Please advise :)
Granulated Granulated
easy enough to do the ball pattern in photoshop (though long winded)

WOW! This just blew me away! Great!! Bravo!

hmmmm not sure about using 3d maxx, I mean this would have taken some doing in PS, rendering makes the unbelivable belivable, dont get me wrong, this is awesome, but it isn't PS.... hmmm confusing predicament

Thanks everybody!!! Win No.7, now I'll have to answer all 100 questions for the profile page, bummer, hahaha... As far as the use of 3d - let's call them 'the perfect outside sources' :)
dbbowling dbbowling
Great 3D Max and photoshop compositing. :D

hey, sausage boy, CONGRATS...although switching texture isn't very creative...you've made the best image of the day...well, except for Anfa's but I'm wishy-washy about the finer points. Congrats:)
